    Our panels use existing factory mounting points wherever possible, paired with our rivnut fixing system for a clean, secure fit that can be easily removed and reinstalled when needed.

After five years of building campervans with traditional timber cladding and concealed fixings, we knew there was a better way.

VanLine was born from that experience — a modular, practical, lightweight and affordable lining system that protects the integrity of your van while still delivering the warmth and finish of a timber interior.

Designed as a System

VanLine is more than a set of panels. We developed the complete fixing system to make installation simple, repeatable and accessible — whether fitted professionally or at home.

Using existing factory mounting points wherever possible, VanLine requires little to no drilling, helping preserve the integrity of your van.

Modular by Nature

We believe vans should evolve with you, and VanLine is designed to do the same.

Panels can be easily removed and reinstalled, giving you access for future upgrades, electrical work, lighting or repairs — without having to tear your interior apart.

Will VanLine fit my van?

Yes — each VanLine kit is precision CNC-cut for specific van models and configurations, giving you a clean, consistent fit without the need to template your van yourself.

How easy is installation?

VanLine has been designed to be DIY-friendly. With a basic tool kit and rivnut gun, the system can be installed at home or professionally. Our fitting guides walk you through the process.

My van model isn't listed?

We’re continually developing VanLine for more vehicles. If your van isn’t listed, get in touch through our contact form and we can let you know what’s coming next.

Can I remove the panels later?

Absolutely. VanLine is modular by design, so individual panels can be removed and reinstalled when needed — ideal for future electrical work, lighting, upgrades or repairs.

What tools do I need?

VanLine has been designed to require minimal tools and experience. A basic tool kit and rivnut gun will cover most installations, with vehicle-specific requirements outlined in the fitting guide.

Does VanLine require drilling into my van?

VanLine has been designed as a drill-less lining system, using existing factory mounting points wherever possible. On certain wall panels and vehicle models, one or two additional fixing points may be required. Where this applies, it will be clearly specified on the individual product page and fitting guide.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. VanLine kits are designed to be flat-packed and shipped Australia-wide, with shipping calculated at checkout.
