Our Toyota Hiace H200 van flooring is made from premium 12mm Hexa form ply, finished with a rugged Hexa anti-slip surface — built tough to handle daily use, dirt, and moisture while keeping things clean and functional.

Delivered in three CNC-cut panels with our unigue tongue and groove joining system, the kit is precision-designed to suit the curves and layout of the Toyota Hiace H200 van flooring, ensuring a snug and seamless fit.

The kit utilises all existing factory mounting points paired with our uniquely designed mounting puck system. You can choose to use every mount for a secure, bolt-down fit — or cap the unused ones for a clean and professional finish ready for laying sheet vinyl/lining boards.

How to Install

Fitting is simple and requires no drilling:

  1. Remove existing flooring or matting – along with any factory mounting bolts if necessary.
  2. Unbox and lay the three panels into position, aligning them with the factory mounting points.
  3. Install the mounting pucks and secure with the supplied bolts.
  4. (Optional) For an extra-solid fit, you can further fix off with the additional fasteners provided — though it’s not required.

How easy is it to install the kit?

Super easy. Our kits are built with DIY installation in mind — they come fully assembled and are ready to lift into place. Securing the kit to your van is up to you, but you can check out our installation videos to see how we do it in the workshop.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes! We offer free professional installation at our Wollongong workshop. Just select “free pickup” at checkout and we’ll tee up a time that works for you.

Can I customise my kit?

Our universal kits are sold as-is, designed for simplicity and ease. But if you're after something more tailored, we also offer fully custom fitouts. Just fill out our custom enquiry form and we’ll be in touch.

What is the lead time for orders?

For all kits and stocked products, dispatch is usually within 2–5 business days. For custom fitouts, get in touch with us directly to confirm timing and availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship within Australia only. If you're overseas and keen to order, send us a message — we’re happy to explore options and see what we can do.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Contact us to arrange a return or for more info.

Do you offer a warranty on your kits?

We stand by our work. All kits come with a 12-month cabinetry warranty. If something isn’t right, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
