Ex-Ambulance Custom Build: 2014 Mercedes Sprinter LWB Conversion
A custom fitout for a couple on the South Coast who had picked up an ex-ambulance Sprinter and were looking to transform it into a comfortable camper. With the extra height and length of the ambulance body to work with, we focused on quality finishes and smart storage throughout.

- Custom Framed Aircon Unit with Custom Joinery: Existing aircon unit framed into the ceiling with custom joinery for a clean, integrated finish.
- Tasmanian Oak Detailing Throughout: Tasmanian oak used as a detailing element across the build, tying the interior together.
- Custom Window Frames: Windows framed out with custom joinery to match the overall interior finish.
- Baltic Pine Cladding in White: Interior lined with Baltic pine cladding finished in white for a light, airy feel throughout the van.
- Raised Bed Platform with Under-Bed Storage: Raised bed platform creating generous storage space underneath the sleeping area.
- 2x EHD Rear Drawers: Two heavy-duty drawers accessible from the rear for organised gear storage.
- 200Ah Lithium System with Face-Mounted Display: 200Ah lithium battery system with a face-mounted display and switch panel accessible at the doorway.
