An exciting build for us — this H300 Crew showcases some of our core new products developed specifically for the Toyota platform. As Hiace specialists, we've spent over 14 months standardising and refining individual components for this model, and this van brings several of those innovations together for the first time.

Key features include:

• H300 Crew VanFloor in 12mm Hexa Ply with Modular Mounting Pucks: Our H300 Crew-specific VanFloor in 12mm Hexa ply, featuring modular mounting pucks for a flexible, clean foundation.
• VanLine Panels for the H300 Series with Custom Alloy Brackets: Our new VanLine lining system for the H300, using custom-made alloy brackets behind the panels to connect the roof and wall mounting points — creating a completely drill-free finish. To our knowledge, this mounting solution has not been done before in Australia.
• H300 Crew-Specific EasyBed Kit: Adapted from our EasyBed design philosophy, this kit is built to work behind the rear bench seat. When the seat is folded down and paired with a 100mm or higher mattress, the bed extends over the seat to give a full north-to-south length and full van width — a proper full-size bed in a crew van.
• Tuckaway Camp Kitchen Compatibility: Using our standardised drawer sizing, the kit is fully compatible with our Tuckaway Camp Kitchen system.

A significant build for us internally — the most complete showcase of our H300 Crew product range to date, and the result of over a year of development work on this platform.
