At Custom Van Fitouts, we’re committed to making your van adventures as smooth as possible, starting with how you receive your products.To ensure your gear arrives safely, we’ve partnered with over 12 trusted shipping companies, allowing us to deliver your kit across Australia.We’re also focused on sustainability. We use heat-treated pine pallets from Australian plantation farming and biodegradable, plant-based pallet wrap for packaging.

Shipping Options

  • Depot Pickup

    We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide for all our kits and large items. Choose this option if you live rurally or if delivery to your front door isn't possible. Your kit will be shipped to your nearest delivery depot, where you can pick it up at your convenience.

    Select this option if:

    • You want to save on shipping costs
    • You can’t pick up from our Wollongong workshop
    • Your location has rough terrain, steep access, or no safe place to leave the kit unattended
    • You prefer the convenience of affordable shipping with easy pickup
    • You can transfer the kit home with help from someone else
    • You live in a remote area

  • Local Pickup or Installation

    If you’re in the Wollongong or greater Illawarra region, you can pick up your kit directly from our workshop. We also offer free installation by our team.

    Choose this option, and we’ll get in touch to arrange a suitable time for pickup or installation.

  • Home Delivery (Door to Door)

    We offer flat-rate Door-to-Door Delivery for all metro areas, and we also deliver to most rural regions along the East Coast.

    Select this option if:

    • You’d like the convenience of having your kit delivered straight to your door
    • You have space for a large truck with a tail lift to unload the pallet
    • The unloading area is firm, level, and solid, with easy vehicle access (no soft surfaces like grass)
    • The access is flat, with no steep driveways
    • You live on a main road with an accessible stopping zone (no clearways)
    • You’re available to receive the delivery at home

  • Metro Locations: 2-5 days
  • Rural Locations: 5-8 days
