Supplied in raw aluminium, this unit is laser cut, folded, and deburred for easy installation and a clean finish—ready for you to customise and install above kitchens, beds, or living zones in your van.

A central door cutout is pre-cut into the cupboard, positioned 50mm from the top edge, making it easy to use our hinge & latch kit available here on our site. Whether you’re after a rugged look or a fully finished interior, this cupboard is built to adapt to your vision.

Finishing Options:

The product is supplied raw, offering full creative freedom. Recommended finishing methods include:

• Powder coating

• Spray painting (DIY or professional)

• Hand painting (roller or brush)

• Upholstering (inside & out gives a premium feel & finish)

• Leave raw for an industrial look

Installation Guidelines:

Install using 2–3mm galvanised metal self-tapping screws:

• Fix directly into the van’s internal steel side frame and roof cross beams

• For fiberglass roof conversions: use timber screws into internal plywood ceiling beams

• Recommended: 5 fixing points in the ceiling and 5 along the walls (evenly spaced where possible)

Quick install/removal: Units can be installed in minutes by a person with basic tools. Removable in under a minute, allowing easy access for electrical upgrades, part swaps, or refinishing.
Flex note: Slight flex in the cupboard is normal and helps it conform to the internal curve of the vehicle, this however may limit the end caps .
