Will your conversion kits fit my vehicle?

Our kits are designed to suit most vans commonly found on Australian roads. If you’re unsure whether your van is compatible, check out our Compatible Vans page for a full list and more details.

How easy is it to install the kit?

Super easy. Our kits are built with DIY installation in mind — they come fully assembled and are ready to lift into place. Securing the kit to your van is up to you, but you can check out our installation videos to see how we do it in the workshop.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes! We offer free professional installation at our Wollongong workshop. Just select “free pickup” at checkout and we’ll tee up a time that works for you.

Can I customise my kit?

Our universal kits are sold as-is, designed for simplicity and ease. But if you're after something more tailored, we also offer fully custom fitouts. Just fill out our custom enquiry form and we’ll be in touch.

What is the lead time for orders?

For all kits and stocked products, dispatch is usually within 2–5 business days. For custom fitouts, get in touch with us directly to confirm timing and availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we ship within Australia only. If you're overseas and keen to order, send us a message — we’re happy to explore options and see what we can do.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Contact us to arrange a return or for more info.

Do you offer a warranty on your kits?

We stand by our work. All kits come with a 12-month cabinetry warranty. If something isn’t right, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide — no matter how rural you are. We’ve partnered with over 12 carriers to make sure you get the best rate possible, wherever you are.
